Technical Assessments, Personnel Training, & Recommended Solutions

Respirable Crystalline Silica Dust WorkerPlant Professionals® provides support services to help identify areas where exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS) dust could be a problem. P2 offers technical assessments, personnel training, and recommended solutions to combat RCS dust.

  1. Technical Assessments
During our walkdown at your facility, our Plant Professionals® team will conduct a thorough technical assessment to determine sources of airborne RCS dust exposure. We provide a confidential report that will assess your current system identifying areas where RCS exposure could be a concern and recommending solutions to address those areas.
  2. Personnel Training
Our team can provide skill development and training for your personnel on how to recognize risks associated with silica dust and how to take necessary actions to mitigate such risks.
  3. Recommended Solutions
Following our site visit, we compile our findings and offer workable recommendations for dust reduction, such as integrating containment, suppression, and collection technology along with a review of operation and maintenance practices that will help your facility to be better prepared to comply with MSHA regulations for dust and silica.
