Established in 1983, Benetech is a pioneer in reducing combustible dust and improving bulk material handling systems. Initially focused on dust suppression, Benetech quickly became respected as the premier dust suppression provider in the United States. As client relationships grew, Benetech’s engineering group and field technician group was called upon to handle various bulk material handling issues. Benetech embarked on a company-wide initiative in the ’90s to research and develop a complete bulk material handling product and services line. Through two acquisitions and the building of “best-in-class” divisions for Dust Collection, Advanced Chute Transfer Systems, Washdown Systems, and Suppression, Benetech has become the only Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company with in-house engineering, equipment, manufacturing, research, chemical production, and field service capabilities.
Today, Benetech is respected as a global leader in comprehensive, performance-based compliance programs that ensure safe and efficient bulk material handling systems—designed to address the laws and guidelines enforced by OSHA, EPA, MSHA, and other governing bodies. Benetech’s programs are built to help its clients meet all regulatory requirements while enhancing operations with a complete range of technologies and services. Benetech’s programs address a wide range of issues in the bulk material handling systems at pulp mills, sawmills, mines, coal-fired electric generating plants, refineries, steel mills, cement plants, coal trans-loading facilities, aggregate, and stone operations.

A full-service engineering department located in Montgomery, Illinois, supports the design and application of Benetech’s products and equipment systems.
