Benetech’s GreenCarpet blends polymeric emulsion binding agents, surfactants, and recycled cellulosic products to decrease the difficulties of inactive piles and ground covers.
Non-toxic and non-corrosive, GreenCarpet offers superior cohesion, durable water resistance, and reduced air/water ingress. Plus, with its environmentally-friendly composition and distinctive colors (green, blue, pink), it contributes to your community relations.
Application is easy. The pile is first compacted to prevent erosion and reduce the oxygen that could cause spontaneous combustion. Batches are then mixed on site and loaded into a hydroseeder for spraying with the treatment.
In as little as 48 hours, GreenCarpet cures into a protective shell that:
- Stabilizes the surface to resist shifting, sink failures, and material runoff/erosion
- Provides a rain-resistant, windproof surface that minimizes frozen material, oxidation, and inventory and energy loss
